Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

How long is the Statue of Limitations on an auto accident claim with minor injury ? It has been almost a year. They are telling me that they are still looking over the medical records and such. The adjuster calls me about every two to three weeks to keep me updated. The person who hit me admits it's his fault, so there is no contesting to it. I just don't want them to stall me until it's to late.

You have 2 years from the date of the accident. I'm assuming that you're not a minor. For a minor, the Statute of Limitations runs from the date of majority (18) for 2 years.
