Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana
A man was helping one of his friends put a roof on a ladies house, he fell off the roof and was taken to local hospital, then transferred to a trauma unit. The ladies roof that he fell from says she is not responsible for the accident and will not provide her insurance info. Is she right that her insurance does not have to pay or does the man need to hire an attorney to make her pay medical expenses?
