Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

My neighbors kids wait for the school bus each morning in my drive way. They live across the street. My question is can I be held liable if these kids would happen to get hurt on my property? Can I ask them not to wait for the school bus on my property? thanks

That's what homeowner's insurance is for. Further, as long as you are not breaching a duty of care in other words , properly maintaining your property, you wont be liable. Would you rather they wait in the street or on your parkway? Anyway, in answer to your question, you can ask them to stay away, but doing so, may not be an overall good thing to do.
