Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I own an apartment building with 5 apartments, I have been contacted by state department that the building will be bought in the future to make room for new highway but in the meantime need to resign leases. If bought the highway will pay tenants moving costs. Do I need to include a clause that identifies the immanent move

You don't need a clause. You just need to notify all tenants of what is going to happen by certified mail letter.
