My apartment complex was recently sold at auction and the new owners have asked the tenants to move out. They did not offer to relocate anyone to a new building but to just find a new place on our own and move. I am currently waiting for my new rental house to be prepared and it will be ready in about a week and a half. The new owners are trying to make me pay 16 dollars a day to atay here until the house is ready but I am disabled and living on a limited income and cannot afford to pay for 2 places. Can they legally make me pay or do I have 30 day's to get my things together and get moved?
