Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I bought a home back in Feb. Of the year. Had it inspected, just found out that the flooring under the tub along with the walls are rotting. Nothing in the report about this. Had a contractor come and inspect and said it was on going for at least 2 years. Do I have any legal rights to have inspector or seller take care of this?

It's possible. The scope of the original inspection was up to you. If your inspector didn't do what you contracted for, you may have a claim against him/her. It will take the assistance of an attorney to pursue your claim. Your damages are probably limited to the cost of the repairs, which may or may not make litigation worthwhile.
