We just bought our house and found out that there is not a waterproof housewrap under the vinyl siding, a requirment of the 2003 international building code. Do we have a case? If so, who against? We already are finding water damage.

Was the house new construction/ Any warranties? What dosclosures were made to you? Did the municipality where you live adopt the International Building Code or any other code? Please repost with these answers.
