Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

we bought a house in November of 2009 and our payments did not start until January 1 2010. we have never been late on a payment we have records bankstatements saying that JP Morgan Chase Bank has cashed each of our checks but they say that we are one payment behind they call all day long on the house phone and on the my cell phone. what should I do about this! My Name is Curtis Elliot and my number is 765-832-2675.

You can hire an attorney to make an inquiry on your behalf. You can also contact customer service by ceritfied mail enclosing copies of the check and the instructions from the closing indicating that the first payment would be in January 2010.
