Brought a commercial property that has a lien against it. I am a newly formed LLC. Being sued as a third party. The court wants a written answer. What exactly do they want to know?

They want to know what your claim is on the property. If you have real estate you want to keep, PLEASE take this complaint to a lawyer and do not try to answer it yourself.
