i has purchased a flat in mumbai in 2002. seller was having a stilt parking agreement with builders on a RS.20/- stamp paper, now i want to purchase stilt parking lot from the seller. what is the law for buying parking ? & What is the legal procedure?

Check whether builder is still controlling the land and building or same is handed over to a Society or Condominium.
If scheme is still controlled by builder, enter into duly registered agreement.
