Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I am having dispute between neighbor. There is a chain link fence up, was there when I moved in. The chain link runs the length of property, but there are 2 separate fences. Up towards the front, the chain link is over on the neighbors side and the one in the back is on my property towards my yard about 10 inches. I'm putting up a privacy fence that was already up when I moved in but fell down, so I'm having it put back up just fell down in the backyard about 4 panels.
Idiot neighbor says that the fence in the backyard is now hers and she can take it down if she wants too, which is on my property. She says I gave up that property when I put up the privacy fence. So that changed my property line. That property of about 4 inches is now hers. So she leans on the fence smokes, puts her ashes in my yard. I did not sign any property over to her. That is my fence.
