I have been evicted from a house that i had refinanced in another person's name. i did have a quick deed signed and notorized. but, the sherrif came and evicted me and only have me two days to get my things out. The movers are coming tomorrow to empty the contents that were left. Do I have any legal rights?

If the deed is in the name of another, and you do not have a valid lease agreement, you have very little recourse.
