Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My father and I own 24 acres together. He signed a paper gifting two acres to my brother and his wife, she about to be deported because neither one had a job or anywhere to live. The property has a mobile home, but it is not livable. They moved to her home land for 6 years. Now they are backhack and want to money for the property and some of the things that was left on the property and stolen. But now they are asking for the value of ten acres since he thinks we owe them more. Am I really responsible for any of this, being as I have told him from the start I would never give him anything, I bought it and so should he.

While confusing, your post does not explain why your brother thinks you owe him anything. Your father can do anything he wants to do in disposing of his land, and so can you.

It does not appear that you would owe your brother anything, since you own the property outright with your father, other than the acres deeded to him. Your question is a bit unclear, and I'd have to know more to answer your question better.
