can my father by law make me return his deed to his home

my father deeded me his home to care for him i have been here 5 1/2 years done remodeling put in new furnace, electricity, flooring ,now he wants me to move out so someone else can move in so can he force me to return his deed to him?

If your father truly "delivered" a deed--in other words, he signed the real estate over to you and you took the deed into your possession--then the property is yours and in most circumstances he would not be able to compel you to return it.
