Forclosure

I am going to be married in less than a month. My Fianc� is going through forclosure on his home. What will this do to my credit and our chances of buying a home in the future?

This will affect his credit, which means it may make it harder for the two of you to buy a home together in the future. It has no direct upon your separate credit.

It does not effect your credit. However, if your income is not sufficient for a loan in your own name on a new home, you may have difficulty obtaining a mortgage with him.

Perhaps you can help in reworking his loan.
