homeowners association
our homeowmers assoc. says we cannot park our jet skis in our driveway according to the covenants. if we dont move them can anything be done legally? we own our home.

Yes. You can be sued for specific performance or for an injunction since you signed the agreement to abide by the covenants. Also. depedning on the bylaws and covenants,you can be assessed a fine, sometimes on a daily basis.
