My husband and I have been married for four years. I have a house (that I am selling on contract) in my old name. My husbands house in his name (only). What do I need to do to change my name on my house and add my husband, and add me to his house?

You need to have an attorney review the contract for sale. Assuming that there aren't any issues quitclaim deeds can be drafted and recorded.
