Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My husband passed away intestate in Texas. I am the court appointed Administrator of the probated assets in Texas. He had real estate (land only) in Gary Indiana. What do I need to do to sell the property? Can't afford the taxes now, so I need to get rid of it. I have been told by realtors in Indiana that I don't have to do anything, but I don't believe it.

There is nothing that you need to do insofar as filing anything here. What you need to do is contact a realtor to sell the property. You already have the necessary papers/authority, to sell the property.
