Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I.had a girlfriend of 18 yrs whom I supported off my ssi and disability for ,16 yrs, and my uncle passed away 2 yrs ago and left a house and car to both of us but he couldn't will it to me cause I owed back support to my ex wife so he willed it to her so we wouldn't loose the house and car, then she got on at Chrysler and decoded she didn't need me anymore and moved out and has been gone for 2 months and then I receive an eviction notice and suing me for everything we own like I deserve nothing. I am wanting to know what I can do to get at least half value of everything we have accumulated over the past 18 yrs. I also have my uncles nurse who signed as the witness on the will willing to go to court to testify that the house and car was left to both of us. And what grounds would I have to sue under to get at least half value of our possessions.
