Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
liens
upon my grandmother's death we found that she had deeded the property to 6 grandchildren. 2 of the deed holders have incurred a total of 26, 000.00 on the property the people they owed placed liens on this property. We are trying to get the property split between the six of us, but, the 2 with the liens have been non compliant. We are looking at a partition of property? upon sale, will the unpaid portion of the liens remain with the house?
