Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I live in CA and own 2 residential investment properties in Indiana. The property management company I had hired collected the rents for December 2009 and sent me only a portion of it. When confronted the property manager said he would mail me a money order for the balance due me. The money order never arrived and the property manager has refused to do anything about it. He sent me a photo copy of a money order he says he mailed and told me to figure out how to get the money myself. He has refused to go to the bank where he bought the money order and have them reissue it.

How do I get him to pay me?

You should

1: Fire the company

2: Sue the company in small claims court in Indiana, using an attorney here to collect it for you.
