Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I have been married for 9 years. My husband has had a change of feelings for me and treats me very bad because I will not leave from the home he bought for us 3 yrs ago (me and our 3 children). I have no where to go and he says we (the children and i) have to leave because the everything and the house is his. What can I do, is he correct since he did buy it can he kick us out? please help I dont know what to do?

Under the law, as long as you are married, you have an equal right to the home regardless of whose name it is in. I suggest that you contact Indiana Legal Services in your area.
