Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

mom took name off home and put in the three daughters name, going to sell, but giving money to mom, can i put it back in her name for sale and will she not have to pay taxes.

Yes, you can return it to mom for sale. Mom probably wouldn't have tax liability, but you should check with her accountant on that.
