neighbor

I have a neighbor in close proximity to my house. I caught them driving on my yard which did damage to my yard. Then I found that their dog is digging under my fence and it has caused several holes and some damage to my yard. What are my options in this situation?

Have you tried talking with your neighbor? If so, and you have been ignored, you may have to file a suit in small claims.
