Neighbor Dispute - Leaves

My neighbor across the street is claiming that leaves from trees clogged her gutter and caused one of the down spouts to seperate. her claim that I failed to rake all the leaves on my property caused this. Am I liable for her damages.

I doubt that she can prove her claim unless their are no other similar trees in the area. Regardless, you may want to notify your homeowner; insurer.
