i had a nervous breakdown and rented my home to my neice who failed to make house payments - it was going to go in foreclosure so my childrens godfather bought the home for half of what its worth and toldl me and numerous other people i could buy the home back when i got back on my feet (this home was built in 1969 by my parents) i approached him last spring and he said that things had changed and he would get back with me(he never did) and will not sell the home back now---he is renting it to my cousin now..he was listed in my will and i trusted him and got nothing in writing..i was court ordered to go to quinco and have several documents stating that i was not mentally stable...please help me get my family home back Thank you,Leigh Anne
