Re: property share earned by both parents

Mothers are sometimes dissappointed in their children, even their daughters. There is no law that says parents have to give their property to their children. They can leave it to anyone they want. And, parents are not required to support their adult children. So your mother is entirely within her rights to withhold all contributions from you. Even if you could go to court, you would get nothing. So give your mother a break, stop expecting anything from her, do what you must do to support yourself, and move on. Good luck.
