Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Real Estate Agent Fraud

I live down a lane for which I have a legal prescriptive easement. Two years ago a Real Estate Agent wanted to build and sell a home which would also use the easement. Without my knowledge or consent, the real estate agent wrote up a grant of easement (which put legal and financial liabilities and limitations on me)and filed it in the courthouse - attached to my deed. I found the easement grant almost a year later by pure accident when I was looking up unrelated information in the courthouse. I am sure that the real estate agent created this document - which he a friend in a lawyer's office write - in order to sell a house(the date of the sale was the same as the grant of easement). How can he do this without my consent, knowledge, and signature? How can I get the grant taken off my deed?

Thank you
