I'm renting and the house is being foreclosed. If I quit paying rent so I can move can my landlord do anything. Have received a second notice, so what rights do I have as a renter? My landlord won't tell me anything, just he's handling it. Thankyou for any help you can give.

The fact that the landlord is behind on his payments does not relieve you of your liability on your lease.
