Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My sister bought a house from the proceeds she recieved from our father after he died. She put me, my wife and herself on the title of the property. She did this of her own free will. She now claims she was conned into doing this. She claims my wife told her we would pay our half eventually. My wife has just died and my sister is suing me for full ownership of the house. I am retired and without many resources.

I know she can sue me but does she have a legal point? The only witness to her claim has now died. I did not know of the conversation. Her attorney says the buyer has all the rights and the title means nothing. Is this true.

Without documents and without testimony, it will be very difficult for your sister to obtain a judgment.
