Three sisters own a farm in Hobart, Indiana. Can they file a homestead exemption without putting the farm in one sisters name?

It depends on how the title is held between the sisters and whether any of them owns any other property on which an exemption is claimed. There certainly will be no problem if the farm is put in one sister's name.
