Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

filed with EEOC, more harassment continuing

I have filed with the EEOC and they are reviewing my case, but now a fellow male employee is asking for sexual favors and touching certain body parts of mine. I have told him to stop, but he doesn't. I am scared to go to management because they are aware of the case I have already filed and I am afraid of being fired, retaliated against, or getting treated badly. PLease help, what should I do?

Go to the prosectutor's office an file a complaint for assault and battery.
