Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

02-17-17

Hello

How can a couple protect their assets without a trust? Can the couple "INC or LLC" themselves? (I hope this makes sense :) )

We do not trust anyone to control our pennies. Yes as we get older we might lose our marbles. We both have wills etc

Thank you for any information you may provide us

This isn't a flight by night do-it-yourself project. You need to consult with an attorney to see what instruments will work best in your particular situation. It might be a trust, or a will or something else. At the same time, you need to decide upon a trustworthy person who can manage your assets when you start wearing Attends. You'll need both of the above.
