death of father and his property
My father passed and my grandmothers name was on the title to his truck. She refused to give my older brother and I the truck as a way of recovering some of the funeral expenses and gave it to her daughter,she immediatly removed my fathers name from the vehicle after he passed is there anything we can do?

If grandmother's name was on the title then she owned the truck when your father passed.
