Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My father died unexpectedly and he and my stepmother never completed a Will together. My father did have a Will completed after he and my mother divorced and I believe it leaves me most everything. My stepmother is not allowing me to see it. How do i handle this.

I suggest that you hire an attorney to send a letter to the stepmother asking for the will. If she fails to provide it, an estate may have to be opened in order to obtain a court order.
