Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Father's 2001 does not list all of his belongings or his wishes. An Executrix was appointed and she refuses to have the will probated to date. Executrix states everything was left to her and she is refusing to uphold his wishes. She is giving away my Father's belongings to her friends and the will hasn't even been read. Is there anything I can do?

Only a court can appoint an executrix, and if she told the court there was no will, then you should present the will to the court. If she's giving things away and has been appointed, she can be held legally responsible for any loss.
