Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

If i am on house arrest and would like to try and modify off is there a form in Indiana that I need to fill out? Or do I write a letter containing specific information? Please state what and where I would send it to.

Any motion to modify a criminal sentence must be directed to the judge who sentenced you. There is no specific form that must be filled out. A criminal attorney would be in a better position to draft the most compelling documents and arguments for you, and to advise you as to the likelihood of success.
