Can a husband change a will after his wife has passed? they were married for 45 years she has 3 children and he has one. can he change it leaving everything to his only child now that she is gone?

Generally speaking ,yes. Everyone can change their own will unless there was a joint will written (very rare in Indiana) or a contractual will agreement between H & W before W died. The documents should be taken to an attorney to review should you wish to pursue this.
