What is Indiana law ? If 72 year old divorced male dies, who inherits if there is no will?
1. Only son age 45 who is married with no children
2. Mother age 94
3. 3 brothers ages 65 to 75

Indiana has a set of default rules which apply to determine distribution when a decedent has left no will. It would appear that the son should inherit the estate.
