I am legally separated. I have a home and vehicles in my name only. If I will them to my son, does my husband have any legal rights to them if something happens to me?

Possibly, yes depending on what assets exist and what you mean by "legally separated". Is it a true separation petiton, or was a dissolution petition filed and you are now living apart? See the lawyer who legally separated you to answer this question. If you did this pro se, go see a lawyer in your community NOW to protect your home and vehicles.
