Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Life estate placed on mother

Hello. My grandfather recently passed, and he left some farm ground to my mother. The warranty deed states that him and my grandfather granted them a life estate (both decreased). The paper with this inofrmation, the warranty deed, states ''with remainder for life to our daughter, and upon death to her children as equal tenants in common, to wit children'' I am one of those children who recieve it when our mother dies. My question, is it possible to break this? My siblings want her to sign off so we get it, and I want her to do something so she gets it. I think it is unfair she cannot do anything but rent the ground, considering she took care of my grandparents for over 5 years every day. PLease let me know if you need anymore info. Thanks!

Nothing can be if you and your siblings are divided.
