Life Insurance.

Deceased's daughter has POA. Does his wife aotumatically get Life Insurance proceeds or do they both have to receive proceeds jointly. daughter is concerned there will be no disbursement for her and her sister.

Re: Life Insurance.

The POA has noting to do with the insurance unless the POA changed the beneficiary of the insurance policy. Find the policy, see who is the beneficiary.
