Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

If someone gives you all the money from a Roth IRA account, after the check cleared the bank, (and the person who gave me the money transferred all the funds into my checking account and then the person who gave me all the money dies), am I legally obligated as the Personal Representative from this person's estate to pay any or all of the dead person's medical bills due?
