Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My mother passed away last year,

Trust not done as I told attorneys when they called me in 2009 to tell me my mother is giving you 64% in her estate--- could you please type out a letter and tell us how you want it. She had About 1.2 million plus maybe a lot more but

somehow trust changed, I am in severe hardship, losing my house,

Not receiving my money except small amounts, looks like possible fraud, my name and mom's name

Not even correct on paperwork.

Her exhusband may have been involved as mom had Alzheimer's

And someone took her to the BMV

Just before her divorce from him

And changed her Birthdate.

So she has a different date of birth

After her Alzheimer's gets bad and

I have Identity fraud where My name, credit report , bank accounts, Facebook account, AOL account, Gmail account an iPhone

And home phone are tampered with. I had to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy 2 weeks ago and am losing my house. I'm in severe hardship and mom's last amendment had a hardship clause.

This new one that was mailed to her house (trust & will amendments) did not put the hardship because I was suppose to receive the money when she died but someone put irrevocable

For me only(64%) of estate but all 9 grandkids would get 100% at

25 & have a hardship clause but

My 2 daughters are receiving

So much money for Cars, car insurance, one is starting a new business & they are giving her money all the time. How do I go about getting what my mother wanted for me? There are a lot of circumstances I will not disclose on a public bog. What can I do as I believe it looks like there is a lot

More money involved than I have even told. Recently, my one nice brother emailed the trustee and said my Mother wouldn't have wanted my sister to be in this hardship---is there anything we could do to help her save her house? And they emailed each other about changing the trust and that was on March 9 & no one is

getting back with me. Help! Oh, by the way her will says that when I die I get the money! And then I can leave it to my kids or whomever in my will. That's crazy!!!! No one would do that. Oh there are quarterly interest payments but that does not amount to much.

Hey buddy-----you got BIG PROBLEMS!!! You need first of all to go to church more often. Then, you need to consult with an attorney who can look over all of these papers and your situation and tell you if there is any hope.

Good luck and God bless!!!
