How do i probate my mothers will

There is five children in the will everything is to be equally

divided but three of the children are having a sale on all the things in her house without the permission of two of us. So i guess we need to probate the will but we don't have the money so we wondered if we could probate it ourselves and what forms needs to be filled out. I know we have to go to the masjurate.

You do not have to "hire" an attorney to open an estate or come up with a big retainer.

The attorney would pay the filing fee to open the estate and he/she would be paid out of the estate.

So, you don't have to come up with funds beforehand to open an estate for your mother.

If you are a child, you are a natural heir and would have "standing" to open an estate for her.

Hope this helps.
