sale of mobile home
my mother died 2-09 - question is: a will from 1992 existed stating
sister & brother will be distributed
equal shares of sold property. In 2008, a mobile home was purchased by deceased - listing deceased mothers name on title along with my name as being the owners. question: is this property
to be divided between sister and
brother?

You'll have to show the title to an attorney. Once the lawyer reads it, this qeustion can be answered
