Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
i have 2 separate contracts for 2 storage units...the landlord says he is going to hold both of them until the one is paid off which the check bounced for...the other one is completely paid up through next month can he legally hold the paid one even though it is on a separate contract
