Legal Question in Disability Law in Iowa
Can my daughters nurse at her college discuss her medical conditions with school staff? My daughter is disabled and has seizures. The college forced her to move out of the dorms because of seizures and are now accusing her of faking her documented medical conditions. It is bordering on harassment. What are her options as she just simply wants to be treated as a normal student and allowed to enjoy college life without constantly being told she can't participate in something because of her seizures.
