Legal Question in Disability Law in Iowa

I am a disabled 41 year old. I have mental problems. I have a job coach who said to me 5 days ago "My ex-husband knows who you are". I said "what"? And she said "Yes he was snooping threw some things he shouldn't have been and yes he knows who you are". I was shocked that my personal file had been gone threw by someone I had grown up with and knew my family. She (the job coach) told me he asked if I was gay and she told me that she told him my sister died Dec. 1st. They invaded my privacy. Yesterday her boss called me and wanted us to get together, I said no, and told her that this has never happened to me before and she said "Not that you know of."

Can I do anything from stopping these people from breaking peoples confidentiality and ruing job chances for people like me?
