Legal Question in Disability Law in Iowa
I'm on social security disability, and I have about $3,000 in the bank which I have saved myself over about 4-5 years. I was told by a friend that is on SSI that if I have more than $2,000 in the bank I could lose some benefits (pay). Is this true? Thank you.
